Friday, March 12, 2021 - Deep ruby. Fairly intense nose. Blackcurrant overlaying raspberry. Menthol notes. Good acidity. Liquorice. Cherry. Black pepper. The alcohol (15%) is still hefty but mellowing. Good stuff.
