from 3 different "Lieu-Dits" around the village of Meursault:
"Les Dressoles" (north side of Meursault);
"Les Grands Clous Perrons" (south side of Meursault);
"Les Grands Coutures" (south side of Meursault)
with clay and limestone soils and vines planted 1948 - 1972.
Manual harvest.
Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in a combination of barrel and tank.
Aged in a mix of 500 and 600 L in used barrels.
13% Abv.
Proprietor/Winemaker: Jean-Philippe Fichet (3rd gen) since 1981.

A(ccuracy)=2: Bright lemon/straw. Crisp, pure varietal.
B(alance)=3: Fresh fruit with firm acid structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Apple, citrus, spices, mineral.
D(epth)=1: Tangy mouthfeel, Average length and finish.
