Monday, January 29, 2024 - Complex nose of butterscotch, dried coconut, nuts and dried fruits. Elegant palate, light to medium bodied with a slight viscousness, a fine-boned but firm acid spine throughout, with flavours similar to the nose. Length and draw. Refreshing. Probably best to drink up, while the midpalate flavours remain in sufficient intensity to balance the acid spine. Can't get enough of these wonderful whites from LdH.
