Friday, September 1, 2017 - Tasted before using most of this for a Beurre Blanc. Bright medium golden yellow. Nose/palate was vanilla/oak, butter and a touch of pineapple. Fairly low acidity, but pleasant enough for a pretty straightforward modern Lower end Chard. A bit short on the finish. Worked in the sauce just fine.
