Friday, January 17, 2020 - Decanted 1 hr. Spicy dark cherry nose, same on palate, so typical of Y-C Wadensvil clone pinots we've tried. Great balance of fruit n acidity, robust with a satisfying finish. Wonderful with or without food, a real treat for the next 2-3 years!
