  January notes apply, not quite the striking impression of 8 months ago. Give it some air to do the wine justice.

  Decanted 1 hr. Spicy dark cherry nose, same on palate, so typical of Y-C Wadensvil clone pinots we've tried. Great balance of fruit n acidity, robust with a satisfying finish. Wonderful with or without food, a real treat for the next 2-3 years!
