Friday, August 19, 2022 - “27 mois d’elevage” version. This was outstanding. A rich golden color with notes of sea breeze and orchard fruit on the nose. The palate was precise and open with wonderful white fruit and ripe citrus notes combined with a great mid-palate dry extract and mouth feel that gave the wine grip and density without weight. This combined ripe fruit notes from a warm vintage like 2015 with the tension and precision I associate with great chablis. Excellent bottle and drinking very well right now.
