Friday, January 5, 2018 - Great nose like cherry moss. Very balanced. I like the light but noticeable tannins, just right acidity and dryness. Flavor is tart cherry Pinot fruit forward but a healthy dose of terrior. Definitely more California than France but a great amalgamation of each’s best attributes. Very good.
