Sunday, May 13, 2007 - Chablis with Vitis Bergensis (Hotel Terminus, Bergen, Norway): Earthy aromas of barnyard. Rich on the nose, but more barnyard than seashells. Delicious though. After a bit of air I also get some burned rubber. On the palate it is consentrated, long and spicy. Very tight and still very young. Lots of minerals. Clearly wine of the flight.
