Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Not a lot different from 5 months ago. The crunchy cranberries dominate the attack, but fresh raspberries make a shining appearance as well. Some soft sandalwood notes appear on the mid-palate. The finish is all that fruit with anise. Nothing wrong with drinking or holding. As with the last bottle a filmy cloud of sediment coats the neck, shoulder and side of the bottle. 12.5% alc. With homemade pizzas (Canadian bacon & mushroom, pepperoni with onion). 02.04.24. Recommended.
