Friday, April 5, 2019 - Yellow color with a wonderful bouquet and flavor of pineapple, dried apple, dry brown sugar, and some toasty oak. Very nice supporting acidity with very good nuance and quite a long finish. I was surprised how good this wine was. Went very well with our steak and tendon Pho at favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
