Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Decanted and enjoyed with a medium rare ribeye. Deep ruby color, bordering on purple. Full body. Youthful, with a ton of primary fruit: blackberry, black currant, black cherry, and black plum. Gritty tannin initially, but things settled down with the decant and food. Solid structural foundation which will support further cellaring. Drink now with decanting or hold for another 7-10 years.
