Thursday, December 22, 2022 - Very tart cherry, prune, and rhubarb on the palate, which made it pair poorly with a beautiful roast beef tenderloin. Had this as a pop and pour, so I’ll revisit this tomorrow and see if I like it better then. Pesenti is normally one of my favorite Turley Zins, but this was just too tart and acidic. == Was much better 24 hours later, after vacuumed out the air overnight. Much less tart, but still not a favorite.
