Monday, July 6, 2020 - Very intense colour, concentrated(very old vines), full of blackberries, chocolate, wild cherries, tobacco, balsamic and some earthy tone. Good acidity. Medium to full body. VERY long finish. Absolute pleaser specially watching the price tag:)). Paired perfectly with rib-eye and Wagyu striploin.
