Friday, September 6, 2019 - Pale straw with a few gold highlights. Upon first opening a strong Pinesol scent that blew off - the nose is cool, sweet, clean & a little nuance showing off apples, lemon peel, rock salt, pine sap. Medium body with a slick lip, medium acitiy but carries throughout a nice finish - peach skin, yellow apple, green apple peel, lemon merruinge pie.
Fresh, light olive oil tossed pasta with poached salmon, capers, summer squash, broccolini, goat cheese, garlic, onions & basil.
