Saturday, September 30, 2023 - My 2 bottles that I quickly popped & decanted right before dinner.
Plum, cherry, hint of mint and chocolate oak. Very Aussie Shiraz nose but very elegant palate with chalk minerality. Good density with long saline driven finish.
