Wednesday, August 1, 2018 - Nose: red currant, wild strawberries, lemon zest, spices, wet rocks, brioche
Taste: medium bodied, medium+ acidity, white currant, wild strawberries, red grapefruit, brioche, smoke, apple skin finish, very creamy, elegant, quite complex and just delicious
