  This is really good, maybe even a bit too serious, but I don't care!
  The mousse is a tad hefty, the colour a bit shy, but it is the firm bouquet and the full and also firm taste with lovely bitters in the finish.
  Maybe a year of extra rest will benefit this Sekt.

  Nose: red currant, wild strawberries, lemon zest, spices, wet rocks, brioche
  Taste: medium bodied, medium+ acidity, white currant, wild strawberries, red grapefruit, brioche, smoke, apple skin finish, very creamy, elegant, quite complex and just delicious
