Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Decanted 2 hrs. A dense red wine with notes of black raspberry, cherry, cassis, with minerals and hint of spice in the background. This wine has nice mouthfeel with well integrated tannins and long finish. Paired with grilled long-bone pork chops.
