Decanted 2 hrs. This wine continues to drink very well with notes of strawberry, plum, cherry and minerals. Very well balanced with nice mouthfeel and well integrated tannins, long finish. Paired with BBQ ribs.

Decanted 2 hrs. A dense red wine with notes of black raspberry, cherry, cassis, with minerals and hint of spice in the background. This wine has nice mouthfeel with well integrated tannins and long finish. Paired with grilled long-bone pork chops.

Opens with pyrazines, almost black currant jam, pretending Cab Sauvignon. It's 100% Tempranillo. Attack is full of vanilla oak, almost coconut. Develops slowly, opens one layer after another. Walnut.
2nd day reveals its Rioja character in full. Tobacco leaf. Oak is integrated. Perfumed pine tree. Velvety texture of tannins. Fruits are jammy.
Single vineyard expression of Artadi. Aged 15 months in French oak.

Delicious. Fleshy, fruity, strawberry, cherry, long after taste. I think there's still a good amount of acidity and it'll still evolve for a few years.

Regular dinner group (@ EM): Not so many notes, but red fruits in a very luxurious bouquet. On the palate mainly red fruits as well, beautiful sweet spices, good acidity and soft tannin. A beautiful, harmonious and complex wine. Ready now and a future of at least 5+ years.

Dark blackberry color. Berries on the pallet. Medium bodied, sometimes soft, but extremely elegant. What a magnificent wine. Gift of Richard to MY in St Maxime.

2010's Top Ten (Wine Route Tel Aviv): Dark and bright ruby color. Superb, excellent nose, with predominant red and black fruits and chocolate. Full-bodied, high acidity, soft and very well integrated tannins. At this point it is still a bit aggressive, but what a great wine! By far the best of the tasting (447$).
