Friday, December 17, 2021 - Wow, this is very good. Silky smooth. Anise and elderberry, mid palate cracked pepper. The tannic structure is still present but not at all astringent and no bitter after taste.

Definitely ready to drink today (we drank it straight out of the bottle with a vinituri) or continue to cellar as the flavors continue to meld. So yummy.
