I would say it hit the peak about 45 minutes after decanting, and remained there for another 90 minutes (then it was gone). However, when you are near the plateau portion of the top of the curve it's hard to tell! right? You are very lucky to have some. I only have one bottle left.
It is pretty incredible! I prefer it to the 2016 Haut Brion and i think that wine received an unprecedented FIVE perfect scores! I have never seen five critics agree on the color of a wine, much less its score.

8/31/2023 10:30:00 AM - Thanks for the advice! This is only my second bottle and then I have to buy more, bit of a test as the bottle I had over a year ago was a bit closed. Thankfully here in UK availability and prices aren’t too bad. I can imagine harder in US. Cheers!
