Saturday, November 27, 2021 - Pineapple, citrus, apple, and some peach and exotic fruit on the nose. The medium-sweet palate continues with juicy green apple, some slight creaminess and decent mineral broadband acidity. Long finish with apple and citrus, tapering towards stoniness. Everything is in its place, and the package is well in balance. Works also really well with spicier food. The enjoyability factor is high in this, so while it might still develop further with age, it's hard to resist it now.
