Wednesday, November 30, 2022 - Deep ruby, not quite opaque
Quite tart upon opening,
But this opens up quite nicely with an hour of air,
Fairly ripe red and dark fruit
Nice acidity, moderate tannins in the finish.
Probably better with a bit more time, but so fresh now
