Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Still trying to figure out if I'm a Pessac fan. This had aromas of nutmeg, tobacco, pepper, flowers, and tamarind. Flavors of juicy soft plum, tomato leaf, almond, and cedar. Medium plus dry tannins with medium finish. I need more fruits here.
