Friday, June 22, 2018 - Light, slightly green tones yellow colored wine with a fragrant floral nose. The palate is more rich, dense and viscous than it looks with a smokey apple, lemon and mineral expression. Acidity is quite high with the resulting slightly effervescent feel on the tongue at first taste. Finish is rather long with the floral and chalky minerals dominant. Can use either or both some time in the cellar or the decanter. Quite good and an interesting varietal to try.
