Tuesday, June 9, 2020 - Very pale straw. A delicate perfume of white jasmine, ripe pear and chalkiness. An almost sweet entry into a soft palate where white fleshed orchard fruits and fresh acidity surround a center of robust minerals. The long finish is redolent of elderflowers. Excellent.
