Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Two+ hours decant. A muted nose, lacking that elegance and perfume one expects from Margaux. There is a hint of tobacco leaf on the nose and some sense of tobacco itself on the palate, mixed in with muted red fruits. Medium body with gentle acidity and tannins. Slightly hot finish, but that dissapated by the end of the bottle on the 2nd day.
