Thursday, February 8, 2024 - Opened one hour before drinking. The nose is intense, with notes of cassis, blackberry and green bell pepper. Full bodied despite only 13 abv, very intense, nice smooth tannins, again the blackberries ad cassis, chocolate notes. Long finish. Interesting to see how it can evolve in a couple of years
