Tuesday, December 27, 2011 - Cork stained 2/3 up but looked pretty good. Decanted but little sediment. Nose of rose petals with some barnyard (so go stand by a newly fertilized but blooming rose garden). The earthy flavors continue in a medium bodied and fully resolved wine. Some cherry and just a touch of soy. The earthy garrique melange made for an interesting experience. (Others couldn't get past the barnyard.) Better than a previous bottle.
