Friday, September 8, 2023 - Drank right after opening (aerated into a decanter first) at about 65 degrees. Moderate acidity and lots of fruit and nose up front. Tannins start to work in the mid palate and I thought it was a very pleasant, dry finish. Well-crafted bottle and I wish I had had the time to let it sit for a couple of hours. Should continue to drink well for years. Excellent expression of St Emilion
