Saturday, May 5, 2018 - Offered by the glass at Pavé d'Auge restaurant, it went beautifully with a asparagus based dish helped by not being bone dry yet sharply focussed accompanied by lively citrus tinged fruit, fine minerals, fresh acidity and a certain underlying roundness. Chapeau to the sommelier for his astute choice. Very good.
