I decanted it three hours before dinner which was necessary. The wine is both soft and not in the mouth - soft floral and berry characteristics up front and then tightening up with the tannin on the finish. I agree w/ Jeff Leve about time - I doubt I’ll wait 8 more years but I would like to think I’ll wait another four or five and I think the wine, then, will be an elegant beauty.
