Saturday, September 12, 2020 - Wow this was lovely; yes it's young, but it is drinking superbly already. The nose shows peach, golden apple, pear blossom, lanolin, fresh hay, petrichor, and a hint of stone. The palate is intense, but balanced with lovely energy and beautiful balance. Definitely off dry, but the sweetness is minimal. A long finish. This will go for decades.
