Saturday, October 27, 2007 - This one is big. Popped and poured a glass then poured the rest into a decanter. Drank during the Georgia vs. Florida Game. First Half, Plums and Cassis with spicey vanilla oak. Nice smooth mouth feel with with 30 second finish. Half time score UGA 21 UF 17. Second Half, more of the same this wine is so big nose and palate consistent. Final Score UGA 42 UF 30. What should I open to celebrate.
