Friday, August 13, 2021 - Bought on the Celebrity Edge using up my remaining non-refundable on-board credit. The ship's internet went down and lost my tasting notes. Overall it had beautiful structure with great balance of fruits, floral elements, and minerals. Very elegant. I suspect a few more years will elevate this wine a bit further.

Unfortunately, it also hit on my big issue with Burgundy in general - the price. If it wasn't for using up funny money, I would have had a hard time spending my own cash at $75 a bottle.
