Thursday, August 26, 2021 - By the bottle at Noreetuh in NYC. Decanted for about an hour; defiiitely needed that air and time. Nose is pretty, ripe cherries, slight new oak notes and an earthy funk finish. Palate is more old-world with nice acidity, underripe black cherry and dark plum, spearmint and thyme herbal notes and a nicely tannic finish. Good now but will probably be great in 4 or 5 years.
