Monday, June 18, 2018 - 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Medium-high intensity aromatics offers earthy, barnyard, dark berry, blackberry, dark cherry, and black spice notes in a rustic profile with terrific complexity. It is medium-bodied with smooth, supple tannins and lovely barnyard-led flavours that mimic the nose. It has juicy acids and a long, clean finish.
