Sunday, February 7, 2021 - Beautiful and classic nose of Puligny Montrachet with honeydew melon, crisp green apple, and charred butter. A bit overly citrusy in the beginning followed by mellowing butter and lively green apple. Well integrated except for the initial burst of citrus.
