Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Deep purple color. Deep nose of stewed red and black fruits, soft herbs, espresso, grilled bacon. Dry, rounded acidity, integrated tannins, medium deep taste of ripe blackcurrant, hint of oak and coffee bean. Medium full body. Good balance. Medium long finish. (L’Hospice is better value though).
