Thursday, September 30, 2021 - Walnut, caramel, creme brulee, bruised apple, on the nose. Palate is well defined, elegant, underpinned by beautiful acid,lemon meringue, and long nutty sherried flavors. Lingers on your palate for a delightfully long finish.
