Saturday, September 22, 2012 - Reminds me a bit of a Rhone. On the nose, game and leather. The palate has more of the same, adding some pepper. I didn't pick up this gaminess in my earlier bottle. This comes across as relatively heavy in flavor profile, but medium-bodied in terms of mouthfeel. Medium to medium long finish. Good value.
