Sunday, January 9, 2022 - Deep golden color, ripe sweet pineapple and melon. Notes of butterscotch, caramel, and integrated toasty oak. Acid is low and a faint flicker in the background. Super rich and concentrated. Lacks a little bit of the freshness and verve from other bottlings and vintages. Certainly delicious, but I would recommend to drink it up if you have it.
