Wednesday, December 7, 2011 - Good Chardonnay. Not the most complex, but good wine. Not overoaked or too much malo. Smooth, honeyed, a little baked apple pie. Nice with a beet salad and goat cheese. Enjoyed without much contemplation. If you have some, it probably will not get better. Enjoy it while there is nothing to complain about.
