Wednesday, February 3, 2016 - Classic, leather, tobacco and a touch of meat on the nose, with green pepper becoming more obvious with air. Very nicely resolved but still basically youthful - not getting really mature complexity. A big wine, but sort of stately rather than powerful. Textbook claret and very good.
