Thursday, September 18, 2008 - Not giving much this evening. Pooped and poured was not the way to go. Dark and brooding color. Very slight nose of Paulliac and the same for the palate. Needs lots of time, 4 or 5 more years minimum, based on this bottle. I believe it is all there, waiting to break the shell.
