Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - Deep gold in colour. Floral notes again on the nose, tea leaves, apples, wool, herbs, spices. Lots of depth and complexity. On the palate bright acidity, even a bit harsh, baked apples, lime fruit. Intense finish, very nice length. 90-92
