Saturday, July 3, 2021 - Notes of spontaneous fermentation, orchard fruits, lemon, and minerals. Nice creaminess on the palate, great purity of fruit, and high deliciousness factor. This is the one to drink while your GGs are aging. Very approachable and smashable and ends on a nice savory note.
