Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Two hour slo-ox and 2 hour decant - still needed time in the glass to open up. A young wine. Long legs, probably glycerol, as the wine did not seem overly alcoholic despite having 14.6% ABV. When it finally opened up, it revealed floral notes with both red and dark fruit, firm tannins and strong backbone and a long, long finish. Very enjoyable to drink with baby back ribs.
