Thursday, November 10, 2011 - Very dark. I really enjoyed the dark currant and cassis fruit notes. This was decidedly peppery and added an ash note on the nose. Unfortunately, this gained astringency with air. The mouthfeel stayed sleek, but the overall feel was harsh.
